There is a stigma that shelter pets are bad, not trained or have health issues, when in fact most are healthy, loving pets that wind up there from human actions such as a move or allergies. Adopting a pet gives an animal a home that it deserves.

I’m sure we have all heard the saying “money can’t buy happiness” at some point in our lives. It’s true! Adopting a pet is significantly cheaper than buying a pet from a pet store or breeder but they can bring just as much joy into your life. Plus, adoption fees typically include up-to-date vaccinations, microchipping, and spaying/neutering.
