What separates this luxury rental building from the competition, is the team they have working at West 236. Ryan and Eric go above and beyond to ensure the building is well maintained and that the tenants’ needs are met. Anytime I need something, I am never told, “let me get back to you”, instead they drop what they’re doing and help me on the spot.
