Yesterday afternoon, residents of Le Mistral in Montreal got together in the courtyard for their annual resident appreciation BBQ! The sun was shining and residents were out taking advantage of the summer weather.
A volleyball net was set up, which was a huge hit with the kids! There was also a face painter, balloons and lots of cotton candy!
So many residents came out to enjoy barbeque fare and mingle with their neighbours. It was also a great opportunity for new residents to meet their neighbours and get involved with the Mistral community.
Thank you so much to all the residents who came out! We had a great time and look forward to the next event.
In Our Residents’ Words
“It’s been a great experience overall. Special mention to Chanel who was extremely helpful, quick to respond to emails and always available to answer any of my questions. Would strongly recommend.” – Anthony from Google
“I just moved into an apartment in the Mistral building and dealt with Julie V. I have rented apartments numerous times in various countries and that was by far the most professional, authentic and sincere rental I’ve taken. From start to finish everything was exactly as advertised, the building and apartment was just as impressive as the advertisement, the whole process was completed in two to three days, they allowed me to move in early. Before the lease was signed every query or issue I had was dealt with immediately, the management were extremely friendly and Julie was exceptional in all ways throughout the entire process, It would be amazing if every tenant was able to deal with service and companies like this. The building is exceptionally well maintained, clean, quiet and has a lot to offer. Very, very happy and thanks again.” – Tanja from Google
