As we welcome the new year, we also welcome the opportunity to make changes and reflect on the previous year. A lot of New Years resolutions revolve around healthy eating. After indulging over the holidays, the New Year brings a fresh start to kick bad eating habits. Getting a good start in the morning is essential for marking the rest of the day. Travel
Wherever your travel plans take you this year, be safe and enjoy your adventures! Before you leave, ensure your CLV Group apartment is prepared by unplugging appliances, taking out the garbage, etc. If you have pets, create a plan for where they will stay or who will check in on them.
Career
Push yourself this year. Take on a new project or step outside of your comfort zone. The more things you try, the more you grow professionally and personally.
Fitness
Setting fitness goals for yourself is a great way to start the year and incorporate a routine into your schedule. If your CLV Group apartment has a fitness room, take advantage of it or join a nearby gym to stick to your fitness goals. Create a buddy system with a friend or neighbour to push each other and encourage healthy habits.
