On December 23rd, our Montreal Properties came together and organized a Miracle Morning. Residents of Place Kingsley, Parc Kildare, Maison Hamilton and Le Neuville were invited to come down to the lobby of their building for hot drinks, baked goods and muffins!
The event was put together to celebrate the holidays and say “Thank You” to our residents for their continued commitment to CLV Group. Residents were able to enter into a draw where they had the chance to win an Xbox One, a discount on a month of rent and more!

Snow is removed as it falls and sidewalks are ice free. The apartment is warm and clean. I commend management for having great employees who clearly enjoy working with CLV. I ‘m a 60 year old semi retired male professional and I recognize excellence when I see it. I specifically point out Cheryl in the main office and Gloria in the halls with a smile and vacuum in hand.
