How To Work Out On Your Lunch Hour CLV Group

With such a busy schedule, it may be hard to find the time to exercise before or after the work day. Make the most of your daytime routine and try to get some exercise in while at work! It may not be as intense as your usual workout, but you will feel good knowing you were able to find the time to get moving, even on the busiest of days.

Plan Ahead

Determine the days that work best with your schedule and stick to them. This will help you stay organized and decrease any chances of last minute chaos. Knowing how much time you have will help your day flow smoothly. We know that plans change, but having a rough idea in your mind will help you stay on task. Packing your bag the night before will also help alleviate your morning rush (especially if you woke up late).

Be Efficient

Whether you have time to head back to your CLV Group apartment for a quick workout, or are heading to your local spot, efficiency should be in mind. It may be fun to see your coworkers or friends at the gym, but you only have limited time to get your workout in, and you should make the most of it!

Make it a Meeting

Ask a coworker if they want to join you! This is the perfect opportunity to great creative or work out any last minute details. It can be as simple as going for a walk around the building, or setting up side-by-side treadmills.
