“My wife and I have lived at 100 Silvercreek since 2009 and are very happy living here. Since CLV has taken over many changes have taken place, renovated elevators, new fitness room, media room and now the new community room at 90 will be great for us as we are long term elderly tenants who enjoy interacting with others.
Adam and Jay are efficient maintenance guys, Jody the new cleaner is wonderful, and the buildings are sparkling! Cheryl, Claudia and Lorrie are always helpful whenever we have an issue, they are quick to resolves in any way they can.
